Worked with the CFO to do an assessment of the finance organization, and an overall assessment to determine why sales and profits were dropping. Helped to re-structure the long range planning process to address the product planning process, which was a key problem. Met with Japanese HQ management to discuss best practice organizational structures as well as cultural differences.
